Forms can be reviewed from administrative panels, with multiple statuses that can be set, like approved, denied and pending. Have Form submitters receive automatic emails when their Form is approved, apply discounts to approved Form holders, add strikes to a Form for collective management, have a role automatically granted to approved Form holders. Forms can also be set to a quiz, which allows for the creation of automated end user experiences.

A search tool for your end users to find and sign up for volunteering opportunities. Search for shifts by day, required role, or tag. View the specifics of an individual shift to give end users all the info they need to success. Options for signing up minors for volunteering opportunities are also available.

Create custom roles, with specifically tailored permissions to fit your needs. Roles can be used to grant administrative access to end users, or can be used to limit volunteer signups on specific shifts. Clone roles from previous events, and choose if you'd like to have role holders persist.

The Lost Child Notification system allows Administrators to configure a custom notification, allowing for custom text and the uploading of a photo. End users who supply a photo of their minor during registration will have that image automatically available during the notification creation process. Quickly post an image and description of a lost minor to disseminate information quickly to event staff, or all participants on the platform.
